PLOT THE SCHEDULES OF THE SUBJECTS FROM THE DESIGNATED ROOM FOR EVERY PROGRAM

STEP 4

PROCEED TO THE PROGRAM HEAD FOR THE EVALUATION, VERIFICATION AND CHECKING OF SUBJECTS

STEP 5

PROCEED TO THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE FOR ENCODING OF SUBJECTS

STEP 6

GET/CLAIM THE ENROLLMENT FORM STUDENT’S COPY. YOU ARE NOW OFFICIALLY ENROLLED AND A NICEAN.

STEP 1 : SUBMISSION OF INITIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SCHEDULING OF COLLEGE ENTRANCE TEST (CET)

Officers-In-Charge: Mdme. Natividad N. Amores (Dean, Student Affairs & Services) and Mdme. Marissa Rensulat

1. Present the following documents
a. Senior High School Report Card (original & photocopy)
b. Certificate of Good Moral Character
c. Two (2) pcs. of recent 2×2 picture with white background

2. Initial Interview, Register and schedule for College Entrance Test (CET).

3. Secure College Entrance Test Permit (CETP).


STEP 2 : TESTING

Officer-In-Charge: Ms. Deniesa Panaguinip

1. Take the College Entrance Test (CET) according to your schedule.

2. Proceed to the designated testing room.

3. Present your College Entrance Test Permit (CETP) to your test proctor. NO CETP, NO EXAM.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES:

  1. Requirements for ADMISSION:
    a. SHS Report Card (Original and Photocopy)
    b. Certificate of Good Moral Character
    c. Two (2) pcs. 2×2 picture with white background
  2. Take your CET on your assigned schedule. On the event that you CANNOT make it to your scheduled date and time, you may reschedule your CET on the NEXT AVAILABLE DATE & TIME provided that you notify the Office of the Dean for Student Affairs and Services(DSAS) three days prior to your schedule. Failure to notify the DSAS is considered a NO SHOW and may be ground for forfeiture of the shot
  3. You can reschedule your CET only
  4. Please bring the following on your CET:
    a. College Entrance Test Permit (CETP)
    b. Ball pen
    c. Two (2) sharpened pencils
    d. Sharpener
    e. Eraser
  5. You are NOT ALLOWED to bring calculators, cellphones, tablets, watches that may serve as calculators, and any other devices INSIDE the testing room.
  6. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid delays in the administration of the CET. Latecomers will NO LONGER be allowed to take the exam and will have to reschedule their CET to the next available schedule.
  7. As a precautionary measure for COVID-19, you are NOT ALLOWED to enter the school premises without a face mask. You are also ENCOURAGED to bring your own sanitary wipes, sanitizer, and/or alcohol. You are also required to bring your own ball pen and other necessary writing materials for you transactions.
  8. Please observe PROPER DRESS CODE when entering the campus.
  9. You are also REQUIRED to provide an active contact number for your interview.
  10. If you cannot qualify to your 1st preferred program, the Guidance Counselor will endorse you for interview to your 2nd program of choice.

STEP 3 : DEPARTMENT INTERVIEW

Officers-In-Charge: Ms. Therese Benedict Manubag (Guidance Counselor) and Department Heads

1. Proceed to the Guidance Office for your interview schedule

2. Fill out the Interview Form.

3. Proceed to the Computer Laboratory for your Student Profile registration.

4. The Department Head Will conduct an over-the-phone interview on your designated schedule.

5. The Guidance Counselor will inform you of your admission status via text message.

6. Secure Admission Slip from the Guidance Office and proceed to the Registrar for enrollment.

PROCEED TO ENROLLMENT

STEP 1 

Proceed to the Registrar’s Office and present/submit the following:

  1. College Entrance Test Result (CET) from the SASO
  2. Senior High School Report Card or Form 138-A (Original Copy)
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  4. PSA/NSO Copy of the Birth Certificate (Original Copy)
  5. NCAE Result (Photocopy)

It is very important for the guidance counselor to know the nature of the behavior and academic concerns of the students prior to counseling.

In the case wherein the student’s case is beyond the counselor’s competencies, the counselor will refer the student to other professional, specialist and other agencies that might be more effective in helping the students and who might be in better position to respond to the peculiar needs of the student.

No, in accordance to the ethical standards of the profession, the guidance personnel perform tasks different and separate from disciplining.

The purpose of the school counseling program is to provide integral counseling assistance to students by helping them make their own intelligent choices and identify their capabilities so that they may develop their own potentials as individuals and contributing members of society.

Privacy and confidentiality must be observed in the counseling sessions.

The said document is very important because it can provide information about the students’ personal, educational and family background that can generate data of the students’ profile. This is also one of the important sources for counseling and referral service.

You can visit the guidance office during your vacant time or as need arises that you need to talk with the guidance personnel. If you wish to avail the counseling service, feel free to visit the office or virtually communicate with the guidance personnel.
